The founders , Parth and Priyanshi , a sibling duo, who share the same passion about bringing to the city, an interesting global pallette of desserts. This purely roots from their two biggest loves: food and Travel.
Parth, a fresh graduate, with a vision and dream of entrepreneurship, says, " I have never imagined myself in a desk job , slogging for something that doesn't make me happy, just isn't for me". Whereas, Priyanshi , who has worked the restaurant industry for 3 years, solely with the dream to establish her own dessert cafe by doing her research whilst at the job. In 2017, Parth Graduated and Priyanshi quit her job and the idea of Morselo Froyo and Cha Bar was born.
"Customer satisfaction is above all, and , for your customer taste is God", they say , "you can serve the most amazing dishes out without a face to your brand people will still eat it".
In 2018, we incorporated Morselo Froyo and Cha bar with the intention to keep the flavours and the taste intact via Research and Consultation from the industry veterans. However, bringing a global modern touch to depict our love for food and travel was just as important. It was no easy task , but we were determined , "Go hard or go home "
Started in 2018, Morselo Froyo and Cha Bar, serves up Greek yogurts flavoured and served in an American style, authentic taiwanese bubble tea that have been tweaked for the Indian pallette, Belgian waffles that are light and crispy , alongside their original house recipes of cheese teas and a range hot Beverages that have never been done before.
